Below is a Daily Workout Plan that you can use to stay active every day of the week. Please only do as much as you can, if you feel overly tired please make sure to take breaks and drink water. We are not trying to push you past your physical health limits but, simply trying to ensure that you stay active during this time off. We encourage that you take pictures or videos of your workout and send them to our Spartan Athletics Facebook Page as a message to us. With your permission we would like to post a few to our page to inspire others to join us in staying active.
